I recently did a ton of mods to my bike during which I found myself needing a ton of parts. After I had decided what I needed and how much I wanted to spend, I began looking for a bike shop that not only had everything I needed but also could provide me with some deals.

A friend had recently ordered a pipe from Parts411.com and told me he was very pleased with their service. I headed over to there web site and was stoked to discover that their prices were excellent. The site was also fairly easy to use and allowed me to use part numbers to look up specific products. This was a plus as I was ordering over 50 items. After my hour or so on their site, I spent some time researching approx. 5 other sites. When the time came to order, I found myself back at Parts411. After placing my order for over $3500, I decided to call to ensure everything was in order. Before I had the chance, a representative from Parts411 called me to confirm my order. He was helpful and suggested some alternative shipping methods to me so I could save some cash on duty (I am in Canada). I was impressed!

Because I had ordered so many items, my packages did not get shipped until approx. 2 weeks after placing my order. Some of the things I had requested were not in stock but they got them in fairly quickly. When everything finally arrived, I was happy to see almost everything was in order. My only complaint was that I received a silver chain as apposed to the gold one I had ordered. Parts411.com would have rectified this but I just could not waste the time shipping it back.

All in all, I was very pleased with this California based company and I would definitely use their services again. Check them out at: http://parts411.com/
